I'm a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at UCSD, working with Professor Yoav Freund. I was born and raised in Thailand. I first came to the US in 2002 and earned my B.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007. My main research area is machine learning. I'm also interested in many other fields such as information theory, computational learning theory, game theory, computer vision, human-computer interaction and digital signal processing.
